October 25th he remains retrograde but is now in the sign of Libra.
PR firms will need to be hired to help public figures find even
better ways to apologize. We all have the same problem, therefore,
remember the value of a swift apology.
In
this forecast I suggest sectors that have the potential to outperform
the market. Of course you all remember to zip up your check
books, hide your credit cards and no purchases above $10. If

Happy and Cheerful October
The minute I suggest that this might be a boring month, something
interesting will happen, right? This is a very happy, cheerful
New Moon chart. Folks feel optimistic and foresee a very happy
holiday ahead. It doesn't mean you will have time off from work,
but it does mean you will enjoy the fruits of your labor.
The New Moon appears in the third house and it indicates transportation
and media (old and new) are the focus of attention. You might
like to start researching advertising agencies with a good footprint
in the new media. Not that people will believe any more of what
they read or see, but they will certainly demand transportation as
well as the information the media provides.
Why all of the attention by the public to the media? Weather
is the Net's most popular site and it appears that windy weather will
prevail during this month. This will heighten the action at the CBOT
and grain prices will find new highs as shortages are anticipated.
Demand for raw materials in particular metals will also keep
the commodities traders extremely busy.
Jupiter and Pluto in the 5th
Secret attacks will likely be foiled by the observant public. The
terrorists groups tend to be nervous or careless and the public is
well equipped with camera cell phones.
Neptune in the 7th
Insurance companies need to evaluate their risks. This month
seems to suggest that accidents multiply. Accidents will gain a bit
more attention than usual by the media. Human error will be
the culprit. Folks just tend to be careless with volatile materials
and since many employees are overworked and overstressed managers
need to observe details with concern.
Uranus in the 8th
Underground there is a lot of pent up energy. This explodes as earthquakes,
but pending earthquakes also makes for a nervous population. Most
folks hide their nervous feelings and a many see them as an opportunity
to get things done. The few who can't control their feelings will
make headlines.
Mars
in 12
Earnings will be excellent. Everyone is experiencing the fruits of
their labor. Wages and contract labor will be at an all time high
with people paying down debt. The savings rate will rise in spite
of the low interest rates. Venus and Saturn in the 2nd.
