Virgo New Moon
The focus of the Virgo New Moon is on children and giving them extra
time. If you are an investor pay attention to the products they choose
for back-to-school. Also watch the types of entertainment they appreciate.
Commodity prices will continue to slowly fall. If you need a vehicle,
it is a good time to start shopping.
The New Moon starts a very interesting and busy week for all of the
leaders of business in the USA. Saturn will return to the same position
as Saturn in the USA 4th of July chart. Expect businesses to change
leadership and for a number of managers to announce their retirement
plans.
Sun Spots could be a problem around the date of the Virgo New Moon.
From the Heliocentric point of view Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury will
be in Aries opposed Saturn. The weather forecast is windy for areas
east of the Mississippi and the west has a good chance of being blessed
with precipitation. Be sure to check your emergency supplies.
Long Void of Course Moons
Throughout the past few months, students at Astrological Investing have
researched days when the Moon was Void of Course during trading hours.
Their conclusion is a Long Void of Course Moon will indicate a volatile
market with dramatic ups in the Index averages 90% of the time. During
the next few months Neptune will be at 28° and 29° degrees of
Aquarius with the other planets in early degrees of their sign. Check
your calendar (link) if you are trading in Australia or London time
zones. For New York, VOC Moons for the entire trading day: August
30 and September 26.

Now remember your lessons from Mercury Rx, Markets are Very Volatile!
August 30 Jupiter retrograde at 10 Taurus
Jupiter Rx rarely signals a trend change. Jupiter returns to the early
degrees of Taurus bringing a renewed interest in banking and financial
services. Difficult weather patterns in the Spring have generated a
great deal of speculation in commodity stocks. At this point in time
harvests are counted. Jupiter in Taurus usually brings an abundance
of corn and beans therefore expect a lower price. Drought conditions
in the west has forced cattlemen to cull their herds therefore feed
for livestock should be in abundant supply.

Pluto Direct September 16
The Dow falls 70% of the time after Pluto turns direct. I explained
to a student that on average the market rises 56% of the time over year.
In other words it is not a coin flip. Usually markets
turn up again about one month following the date of Pluto's direct station.

September 23, 5:05 a.m. Autumn Equinox
The Equinox report will provide you with an overview on the three months
ahead.
The Virgo New Moon appears in the 5th house
(see chart above)
Elementary Education is the focus of attention. Back to school
is fashionable and students of various ages are returning to acquire
new skills. Funding is a concern and charities are encouraged
to share their monies to provide tuition. There is an atmosphere
of optimism as the public concentrates on their children.
Commodities are the focus of speculators and those with good trading
skills will profit easily. Gold and silver prices are volatile rising
and falling with news concerning interest rates on fiat currency. Shipping
grains to the markets where they are needed will be a challenge.
Venus appears in the 5th House
This placement will increase the birthrate. Consider stocks that
specialize in children's toys and clothing. Also consider investments
in companies that manufacture educational devises designed for youngsters.
Saturn appears in the 6th House
Labor unions and uniformed workers will be asked to work longer hours.
Job security will continue to be an issue. Revised pay schedules will
add to the discontent among the labor force. Companies remain wary of
adding new employees as they are intent on rebuilding their business
plans.
Pluto appears in the 8th House
Vehement discussions continue concerning taxes and insurance. Conflicts
concerning the distribution of tax revenues and where they are allocated
will confuse corporate managers, government contractors and state governments.
It is best to avoid companies that are dependent on contracts or grants.
Neptune appears in the 10th House
Scandals concerning corporate governance will dominate the business
news headlines. Succession difficulties will be a particular problem
for companies where the largest shareholder is the founding CEO.
Uranus appears in the 11th House
Unusual profits or expenses will find the yield percentages listed by
stocks and bonds as very unpredictable. Boards of Directors for various
corporations will be required to search for new executives to manage
their businesses. Uranus here could show the repatriation of cash earned
abroad by companies based in the USA. Shareholders would obtain a bonus
dividend.
Jupiter appears in the 12th House
Charitable institutions may find an increase in donations or an increase
in responsibilities. Retiring baby boomers find volunteerism.
Mars appear in the 3rd House
Automobile companies will find an increase in sales of their practical
vehicles. Old media continues to lose customers and anticipated problems
with the postal system speeds up their demise.
Mercury appears in the 4th House
Mercury here predicts windy weather especially east of the Mississippi.
It also predicts that folks will prefer entertainment close to home.
