Uranus
Ingress Into Aries
by Kaye Shinker
One of Astrology's definition of Uranus is unexpected
change. Changes brought by Uranus are very abrupt. They catch you
off guard and force you to adjust immediately. The sign
of Aries represents what is all about you and your personality.
Lifestyles and philosophies will change dramatically. Uranus in
Aries will provide new ways to become self-sufficient within your
community as well as promote new ways to achieve personal responsibility.
This is the beginning of a series of articles on
Uranus in Aries. As we move through the next eight years to
2019, I expect everything surrounding you and me at this moment
to become antiques or collectibles. Buckle
your seat belts and get ready for a wild ride for the next 8 years
as Uranus scraps the past 84 years in favor of the next 84!
Uranus enters Aries for the first time
May 28 2010 at 1:45 am and will remain there until March 6, 2019.
In 2010 Uranus will retrograde back to Pisces from August 14, 2010
until March 12, 2011.
Uranus orbit around the Sun is elliptical. The
planet appears to roll on its side as it orbits the Sun. Uranus
has rings and at last count 27 moons. Uranus like Venus and Pluto
spins clockwise. Its color is cyan. Uranus is named for the Greek
God of the sky and the mythology surrounding his adventures may
help you understand the problems Uranus extends to the entities
currently on earth.
Uranus entered Pisces in March 2003. An example
of how Uranus in Pisces changed an entire industry:
Pisces rules music. The ipod store opened April
21, 2003. Dramatic changes concerning how music was sold. One
tiny change forced the entire entertainment industry to rethink
their sales and advertising paradigm. The industry knew it needed
to change its method of collecting payment for record sales, but
had to wait for the inventions that made the I Pod store possible
and of course for Uranus to change signs.
A company usually sees a change is due but has to
wait for a new invention and Uranus to change signs. Google is another
example of Uranus changing signs from Aquarius to Pisces. It
did not go public until 2004. The company says “ let the chips
fall where they may.”
Stocks formed in 1999 had Jupiter in Aries. Those
that survive will benefit when Uranus transits the Jupiter in their
chart. An example of a stock influenced by Uranus as it transited
Pisces is Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (6/16/1998) class B stocks
became a part of the S& P 500 when Uranus was conjunct the incorporation
chart Jupiter. Speaking of Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffet's
birthday is August 30, 1930. He is a good example of the influence
of Uranus in Aries.
Uranus in Aries means we are looking for political
change, but we are not quite ready for new political systems. This
gives a period of weak leadership around the world. Uranus
in Taurus will allow leaders to come forth changing the entire political
system. In the meantime, nations tend to expand their borders
and influence without major military action. One fun observation
is that weak leaders try to forbid things like cocoa, coffee, alcohol
and even golf but the population doesn't obey.
To give you an idea of where inventors and innovators
will find a need and fill it, I searched the timelines for the previous
transits of Uranus through Aries. Basically the market place was
forced into making huge adjustments as political systems are invented
and implemented. Folks see their current economic systems as corrupt
and flawed and expect new leaders to be honest and fair. The new
leaders attempt to purge the previous economic system and the survivors
tend to be clever inventions that capture the need for efficiency
of production and distribution to the consumer.
March 31, 1927-June 6, 1934

and the 1st talking pictures shown in theaters were the Jazz Singer

well as the differential analyzing computer.
In Germany the Nazi Party was on the rise and Mao
Tse Tung lead a peasant uprising in China. Trotsky was sent
into exile and Mussolini gained power in Italy.
Major flooding occurred on the Mississippi and a
levee system was built.
IPO's issued during this period will experience
a Uranus return during the next 8 years while Uranus transits Aries.
